As a family-owned company, we strive to meet our customer's needs and keep safety as our priority. We offer a variety of units at an affordable rate. We ensure our customer the best bouncer rental experience by providing clean and safe inflatable units with on time delivery. Our representative will take care of it all, leaving you time to prepare for your guests. You just reserve the date and time, and we will deliver, set-up and take-down each rental at your location.
Our Response to Covid-19
All inflatable units at Johnson’s Dip n’ Bounce are cleaned and sanitized after every use and are inspected for safety regularly. While Johnson’s Dip n’ Bounce offers clean and sanitized equipment every time, we are also closely monitoring the ongoing Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak and following all guidelines and recommendations of Governor John Edwards and of the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention. Our Mission is to assist you in organizing the most amazing event ever. Serving many families just like yours since 2019, we know how to make your Corporate or Backyard Event a Hit. Our company has a variety of concession Items, such as slushy, cotton candy and popcorn machines.

Safety Rules
-Adults should always be supervising the kids when they are in the inflatable.
-Please limit it to 6 to 8 kids in a time in the inflatable.
-Age limit is 3 and up.
-All participants must be same size and weight.
-No Flipping.
-No jewelry or sharp objects.
-No rough play including wrestling.
-Minimum height is 42 inches.
-Weight limit is 250 pounds per person.
-Overall maximum weight in unit is 800 pounds.
-Do Not operate any inflatable bounce house in 15mph winds or more. Always turn off the inflatable.
-Never play in an inflatable bounce house during rain.

Q: Does the price of the inflatable rental include set up and delivery?
A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out.
**Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Q: Do you deliver fun jumps and water slides to other cities?
A: Yes, But Additional delivery fees may apply

Q: Does the standard 6-hour rental time include your set up time?
A: No. We arrive early to set up, so you get the entire rental time to play on your fun jump or water slide.
Q: When do you set up your party rental equipment?
A: Our goal is to have everything set up before your event. We can arrive anywhere from 1 to 2 before the rental time begins.
Q: Do we have to keep the inflatable unit plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That is why we require an outlet within 100 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker, so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A: Park rentals are unique. You will need to check with the park you would like your event at to see if there is electricity. If not, we can arrange to supply a generator for an additional charge.
Q: What payments do you take?
A: Cash, Credit Cards, and Cash App. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Q: What if we need to cancel?
A: Please check out our policies for details regarding cancellations of fun jump, water slides, and other party rentals.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, all orders require a 50% deposit. The deposit is Non Refundable. If you do have to cancel due to weather or illness you have up to one year to reschedule and your deposit will go towards an equal value rental.
Q: How big are the jumps?
A: Our jumps vary in size. Please check size and area needed listed with each jump.
Q: What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?
A: Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have open access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds, so we need a clear path with ample room.
Q: What surfaces do you set up on?
A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we cannot set up any inflatable unit on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Q: Are we responsible for the fun jump if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We do not want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
